PROJECT DETAILS: The five-story, 388-unit student-housing development will feature 917 beds with multiple floor plans. The community will include amenities such as three outdoor courtyard areas, a clubroom, pool, 24-hour fitness, parking and onsite management. This redevelopment project required the demolition of 14 existing buildings and Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling to accompany a mass grading design that would reclaim developable property from the floodplain.
