PROJECT DETAILS: The Delaney is a 13-acre senior-living-center in Georgetown, Texas. The facility is a subdivided property, which includes more than three acres of parkland and offers residents independent-living, assisted-living and memory-care support. KBGE managed site permitting, surveying, utility coordination, roadway and drainage design, and spearheaded a coordinated effort with TCEQ to design water-quality facilities located above the Edwards Aquifer. Additionally, the KBGE crew has developed plans that will save numerous heritage trees located on the property. Architecture by: PRDG.
