Jennifer Garcia, P.E., CFM

Principal

Jennifer is a founding partner of KBGE and an experienced civil engineer, specializing in land development, dam safety and U.S. Naval shipbuilding. She has extensive experience in land development in Central Texas offering project management, engineering design and regulatory permitting of mixed use, master-planned, single-family, and retail and office development projects. She is experienced with dam safety, design and emergency-action planning for the State of Texas.

Jennifer is proficient in performing site investigations and producing conceptual site planning and construction plans. She has effectively worked with government agencies and has spoken at multiple city planning and zoning commissions and city councils for zoning and development proposals. She has presented to numerous workshops throughout the State of Texas on the topic of emergency action planning for dam safety. She is responsible for supervision of Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training and CAD Designers, and QA/QC for dam safety, site development and utility projects.
